The S-240 Laser Screed produces slab-on-grade floors that are

The Laser Screed is a ride-on, laser-guided, vibratory screeding
machine that establishes grades by laser, disperses concrete
on auger, and thoroughly vibrates and consolidates the concrete.
The on-board computer constantly monitors the floor profile
by laser and adjusts the screed elevation at a rate of five
times per second.
The S-240 features a self-leveling, 12-foot-wide screeding
head mounted on a powerful twenty-foot telescopic boom.
The result: 240 square feet per pass, leveled and consolidated,
in just about a minute. And the cycle time between one setup
and the next can be under three minutes.
